How long does delivery take?

All orders are delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. However, if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us and our team will review your case individually. A replacement may be offered at our discretion.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Reach out to our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order with a description of the damage. Please note our contact form does not support image uploads — if you need to share photos, send them directly to contact@merionclothing.com and our team will assess the situation from there.

How do I care for my garment?

Each natural fiber has its own care requirements. Visit our Care Guide page in the menu for detailed instructions by material. Natural fibers reward proper care and improve with age.

What materials do you use?

Merion works exclusively with natural fibers — wool, cashmere, linen, and cotton. No synthetics, no blends.
