Shipping Policy

Merion ships worldwide. All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase. Delivery is completed within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

Merion is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Replacements Policy

All sales at Merion are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Reach out via our contact form or email contact@merionclothing.com with a description of the issue. Please note our contact form does not support image uploads — photo documentation should be sent directly to our email.

Each case is reviewed individually by our team. A replacement will be offered at our discretion where the claim is deemed valid. We are committed to ensuring every Merion piece reaches you in the condition it deserves.
